I'd recommend Vertu Škoda Derby because the customer service was excellent and Chris kept me updated throughout and on the day of collect, the car was ready and all the paperwork was done before we got there, we only needed to sign.

I would not recommend Vertu Škoda Derby because whilst the sales team were very helpful, since I have had the car I have had an issue with it and I am being passed from person to person with no-one taking responsibility for resolution. This is hugely frustrating and not the kind of after sales care I had hoped for, or have experienced from other car brands.

My experience at Vertu Škoda Derby could have been better if my questions were answered correctly, I needed to correct information that I was given, finally the V5 was incorrectly submitted after I had supplied the correct information.
